Dr. Sanjay Ranade is associate professor at the Department of Communication and Journalism, University of Mumbai. He has translated Mehmood: Man of Many Moods from Hindi to English. His novel Where Ends Collide won the third prize in the international novel writing competition conducted by oxfordbookstore.com in 2000. His Marathi play Archimedes was judged the best in the All India Radio National Playwright Competition 1999.
