Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche (1844 – 1900) was a German philosopher, composer, poet, philologist, and scholar whose work greatly influenced Western philosophy and modern intellectual history. He published numerous works of philosophy, including Thus Spoke Zarathustra. In the last decade of his life he suffered from insanity. His writings influenced many major thinkers and writers of the twentieth century.

She has written several books including Baja, the translation of Machiavelli’s The Prince; Tarkateertha: Prajnyapravah, a biography of Laxmanshastri Joshi; and Adi Shankaracharya: Life and Philosophy. She has translated the book Spiritual Materialism by Tarkateertha Laxmanshastri Joshi from Marathi into English.
