Manoj Nair is the founder at SVM Contract Consultants, a consultancy and training company dedicated to helping clients with their contracts. He is also a visiting faculty at several management colleges teaching business law, business ethics and international business. He has worked in the field of skills training and people development since 2006 and has extensive experience in the area of Contract Management, Managing Outsourcing Contracts, FIDIC Conditions of Contract, Claims Management, Contract Drafting, Business Ethics, and Anti-Bribery Laws (US FCPA and UK Bribery Act). He is also an expert on “Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace” and has conducted several workshops across India. He travels frequently within India, South East Asia and Middle-East for training and consulting assignments. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) and law (LL.B) and is a qualified solicitor at the Supreme Court England and Wales (NP) and holds an international certification in “Contract Management” and “Managing Outsourcing Contracts” from ESI & The George Washington School of Business.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
