Indussource.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, where indussource.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the indussource.com policy or for any other reason. However, indussource.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.

You can cancel your order online within 6 hours of placing it. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Once you send us an email requesting the cancellation of item(s) in your order, the money will be refunded back to the payment account that was originally used to make the transaction.

If a product is defective simply return it with receipt for a full exchange.
